The Beauty Queen of Leenane
Set in the mountains of Connemara near Leenane in County Galway, this
black comedy by Martin McDonagh, tells the dark tale of Maureen Folan
a plain lonely woman of 40 years and her ageing mother, Mag, whose
interference in her daughter’s first and possibly last chance of a
loving relationship, sets in motion a series of events that leads to
