Whazon Cinema Guide is an application for your mobile phone that allows you to check movie information and times quickly and easily when you're on the go.
How do I get it?
To order Whazon Cinema Guide for your mobile phone, just text MOVIES to 57252. You will receive a link on your mobile which you can use to download the application.
How does it work?
When you open the application, you will be asked to select your county. The application then connects to the internet to download the cinema listings for the week for that county. You can then select your favourite cinema at any time to check what's on with movie information like cert, rating, genre and synopsis and the times that each movie is showing.
We currently cover the following counties:
- Cork
- Killkenny
- Limerick
- Waterford
How much does it cost?
Whazon Cinema Guide costs €2 per month. You can try it for free for the first month so there is no risk in ordering. In addition, you will not be charged €2 if you don't use it in a particular month. Many people have had bad experiences in the past with expensive WAP services and ringtone subscriptions so we have priced Whazon Cinema Guide fairly so that you get good value for your money while enjoying a superior mobile service.
Depending on your data plan, you may also be charged for data transfer. Our service minimises data transfer so you shouldn't expect these charges to be more than a few cent.
Will it work on my phone?
We currently support Nokia, SonyEricsson and Motorola phones and it should work on most of these phones released in the last 4 years. We will be adding support for more phone models so if you have another type of phone, text MOVIES to 57252 and we'll text you when we add support for your phone.
