DRAMA WORK IN PROGRESS. Over the last three years Teaspach members have produced many plays including The Nun’s Wood, Red Roses and Petrol and, more recently the Galway Girl/The Donoghue Sisters. Devising original scripts is a new direction for Teaspach who will kick start the New year with a rehearsed reading of original work to be followed by a full-length production later in Spring. Performed by Teaspach regulars, Karen Fitzgibbon, Stephanie O’Keeffe and Niamh Bowen

Karl Spain

Since his arrival onto the scene in 2000 to his notoriously public search for a woman on RTE, Karl Spain has scaled the Irish and International comedy leagues. Karl has performed at festivals around the world touring to Montreal, Australia, Edinburgh and Kilkenny and continues his solo performances in tandem with the development of a number of TV projects. Karl has previously been seen on such shows as Xit File, The Late Late Show and The Liffey Laughs for RTE as well as the BBC New Comedy Awards in 2002. UnFringed is delighted to have Karl perform the closing act of its 2006 festival.
